First time taking my car to Hi-Tech, as they are a provider of warranty repairs to the 3rd party extended policy I have. Jeff was an extreme pleasure to deal with, up front, and on the phone. He did all the "leg work" when it came to checking on all the details with my warranty and then called me to advise what my contribution would be (turned out to be deductible only). Once they were able to determine the issues with my car, Jeff told me all parts were available and that I would have it ready by the end of the next day. Ready as expected, and when I arrived to pick up my car, Garfield was just as pleasant to deal with. Said there might be a factory oil smell from oil burn-off on the parts installed. If it persisted after 300 km, I should return so they can have a look at it. The warranty was a wallet saver from a bill, which could have been over $2,000. A great experience and impression was left upon me after my first visit. Thank you.

I came to Hi-Tech Automotive for the first time today to get new tires installed. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received for my car. Garfield was behind the desk. He was organized, knowledgeable and efficient. The whole process was simple and fast. The shop already had the tires I needed in stock - so it only took a couple hours to get the job done! The work & service were both very professional - I couldn't be happier I came here. Location is great too! Huge thanks to the whole team. It's extremely hard to find reliable and excellent service these days. This shop is a diamond in the rough.

I could not open my driver side car door from the outside. They advised that depending on what they found when they got inside my car door, parts and labour could be up to $1,100. They were able to repair the original mechanism and didn't have to use any of the parts they had ordered. AND it cost me less than half of the $1,100 that was originally quoted. Matt, Brendan, Jeff, Garfield and the rest of the crew there are great to work with. I always feel like they are considering my pocketbook as well as making sure my vehicle is running properly and safely. Thanks for the excellent service!!
