I brought my partner's car in to have the steering and suspension issues diagnosed. They were able to get me in the same day I called, and quickly confirmed the issues that I already suspected. I’m comfortable working on my own cars, but when it comes to steering I wanted to make sure I was chasing the right issue. I explained that I would probably do the work myself, and Lars and Matt patiently explained exactly what I need to replace in detail, provided options for parts, and answered my questions regarding doing it myself. It is rare to find a shop so accommodating to a home “mechanic”. However, once they provided the quote to get all the work done, it was lower than I expected and it was a no-brainer to just have them do it all. They quickly performed all the repairs at exactly the price they quoted me, and the car feels brand new! This is the second “big” job I’ve had Hi-Tech do and I’m once again satisfied with all aspects of the repair.
