I started taking my vehicles here years ago for one fact only... because it was within walking distance of my home. Pure convenience. What has had me returning time and time again is the fact I have been greeted by name, treated with respect, contacted when when the smallest decisions need to be made, offered options, and walked through the process and steps of what needs to be done vs what could be done. From simple oil changes, new tires, and major repairs... I have never second guessed my decision to be a loyal customer at Hi-Tech. I have dealt with other shops in the past that have assumed I know nothing as a female customer. Refused to fix tires because they thought I would just buy a new one, or say I can’t leave the shop without new brakes(yet had a year left on them as it turned out). I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service here. Truly above and beyond anywhere else I have been.

My experience at Hi-Tech automotive was excellent. I am so impressed by their professionalism and customer interactions. I brought in my car for a season tire change and decided to have my car serviced as well. I was informed I had to get an oil change, fix my shock absorber and my air filter. I was communicating with Matt and he was so helpful and patient with me as I was bothered about the cost of all the services during this crisis. He kept reassuring me and made me aware of all changes that was made. Definitely my go to auto shop ❤️

I recently had my BMW serviced at Hi-Tech Automotive. Matt was incredibly professional, kind, and provided detailed information all the way through. Prices were absolutely fair, my car issues were addressed, diagnosed (this is a huge point, other shops couldn't figure it out), and fixed in a timely fashion. I have zero complaints and highly recommend this place of business for car repairs, the whole process from start to finish was impeccable!! Thank you all for your incredible work and friendly demeanor!!!

Hi-Tech Automotive is terrific. It is impeccably clean, the staff are highly trained and courteous, they provide reasonable, practical estimates (I own an older car), you can trust them and they do a great job. It is important to be able to trust when you are not a trained mechanic and out of your comfort zone. Matt and his staff will make you comfortable knowing you, and your car are being well cared for. They exceeded my expectations.
