I brought my 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer in for an exhaust repair, which was performed quickly, effectively, and at the quoted cost. Before I brought my car in, Matt took the time to walk me through the fix, the required materials, and the estimated time & cost. I needed to tow my vehicle to the shop, and Matt was very flexible in fitting me in to the shop schedule on short notice. They run an honest shop, and I will definitely be returning (hopefully not too soon).

I started taking my vehicles here years ago for one fact only... because it was within walking distance of my home. Pure convenience. What has had me returning time and time again is the fact I have been greeted by name, treated with respect, contacted when when the smallest decisions need to be made, offered options, and walked through the process and steps of what needs to be done vs what could be done. From simple oil changes, new tires, and major repairs... I have never second guessed my decision to be a loyal customer at Hi-Tech. I have dealt with other shops in the past that have assumed I know nothing as a female customer. Refused to fix tires because they thought I would just buy a new one, or say I can’t leave the shop without new brakes(yet had a year left on them as it turned out). I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service here. Truly above and beyond anywhere else I have been.

My experience at Hi-Tech automotive was excellent. I am so impressed by their professionalism and customer interactions. I brought in my car for a season tire change and decided to have my car serviced as well. I was informed I had to get an oil change, fix my shock absorber and my air filter. I was communicating with Matt and he was so helpful and patient with me as I was bothered about the cost of all the services during this crisis. He kept reassuring me and made me aware of all changes that was made. Definitely my go to auto shop ❤️
