Jeff and Garfield at the front desk are thorough and conscientious. You can count on them to level with you, to let you know what's going and to communicate with you when there is a decision to be made. Brendan worked on my 1992 Toyota Land Cruiser last week. He installed a 4 pin and a 7 pin connector (for electric brakes) which involved running wiring from the front to the back, making a harness, and setting up the controls and so on. Brendan was meticulous and I was very happy with the finished product.
