They took extra time to explain my car issues in layman's terms so that I could make an informed decision about my car repairs which I greatly appreciated. I felt no pressure at all to do the repairs they recommended - I felt they genuinely wanted what was best for me and my car. Fair pricing and you get what you pay for here. Highly recommend.

These guys are great! I've been to quite a few other shops in Winnipeg, but this was by far my best experience. The drop off was simple and they asked me the questions needed to target my issue and not waste any time. They called me quickly with an estimate of what I needed and had me back on the road the same day! Prices were reasonable and the repair was explained clearly in a way I understood. They kept me informed and that made me very happy! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!!!

I strongly recommend that you don’t bring your vehicle here. I have a 2008 Buick allure that has had a misfire since the summertime. After bringing it to them three times and spending a pile of cash on mostly on diagnostics labour and unnecessary marked up parts, they still couldn’t get it running right. Matt was convinced that because there was a code for my emissions that my catalytic converter was plugged and this was the cause of this misfire and wanted me to spend more money that still would not have fixed my car. Wrong again Matt. Must be nice to fill your bank account playing guessing games at other peoples expense. I made an appointment to see another mechanic and he could tell me over the phone just by me telling him the symptoms of the car what was wrong with it. Simple fix and the car is running mint. Didn’t need to spend another $1500 or more on a new catalytic converter as Matt suggested. 🙄

Ok, I never write reviews for business and its always been a personal choice but this auto HI tech repair shop has provided more service then they should and this company deserves a good review. Hi tech auto gave me the most comfortable experience and showed me that they care about all there customers. Hi tech was completely honest, they did not try and say anything to make me buy more parts but on the contrary hi tech came up with the best possible solution and worked with me to solve the problem. This was the best mechanic shop that i ever brought my car too and once they found the problem they fixed it never returned. Thank you Brendon, thank you Matt!

753$ I was charged to change the serpentine belt and an EGR valve which took 45 minutes to do. Was charged $434.91 for parts when in fact NAPA quoted me $333.18 so a 25% markup on parts for the exact same parts. Car still doesn’t run properly. The last time I had brought my vehicle there was a similar experience and I refused to pay the ridiculous bill. Said I was only going to pay for what I asked them to do. Be careful of this shop they will gouge with you in every which way with add-ons, diagnosis, marking up parts, shop supplies etc.

Without returning those old parts the customer will not be credited back the core charge. We do apologize for your confusion related to this matter.
