Brendan went above and beyond for me. I brought my vehicle in for a new engine and he drove me to and from the rental place and got me a great rate. He even printed off a diagram to help me understand exactly what they were doing to my vehicle. I would definitely recommend their shop!

Did an oil change for my wife, when I found out it was $284.20 I almost had an aneurysm. Once I looked at the bill I saw the deceptive billing. Charges in 5L increments, billed for 10L of oil, but oddly I don't see the 4L they didn't put in her car in the trunk. I wonder, how many times have you scammed her and others like this. EDIT: I did talk to Matt and he was apologetic and refunded the over-billed portion as soon as possible.

Hi Jonathon. I am sorry that you feel that there may be any ill will towards either you or your wife in regards to servicing your BMW. I do see we have done the last 4 services to the vehicle and yes, there was in fact a billing error on this most recent service. Your vehicle only takes 5L of oil, and when inputted to the system there was a quantity of 2 under the 5L of oil line item. We do bill per litre, and I apologize for this error. I have went back in history to ensure the previous 3 services were all billed correctly. We operate on the basis of honesty and transparency, and I will be more than happy to correct this first thing Monday morning. I can be reached directly at 204-261-9591 to have this resolved.
